I’ve been a big fan of Jess McGlothlin’s work for some time now. She is one of the few people who can photograph and write equally well. As a photographer, she has a knack for capturing genuine moments. Maybe it’s her kindness and calm demeanor that puts people at ease and allows them to slip into natural rhythms while she snaps away.
Jess just happened to move to Missoula and we fished Rock Creek for an evening. Naturally we discussed trips and big plans for the future. Turns out, she is hosting a Fly Fishing, Photography and Cultural trip to Belize in February 2019. Here’s the deets:
When: February 7-14, 2019
Where: El Pescador Resort – Ambergris Caye, Belize and Copal Tree Lodge – Punta Gorda, Belize
What: The itinerary is fantastic. It really keeps everyday fresh with new views and opportunities. You will chase fish, learn new photography skills with hands-on instruction and dive into the regions cultural attractions and natural history.
Honestly, I’d go just for the food. The menu looks incredible.
